Elizabeth's voice is often described as angelic. Known for her sweet spirit her voice has inspired lives internationally .
She is worship leader and singer/ songwriter .
Born in Toronto to Indian parents, Elizabeth grew up in a Pastor’s home . Elizabeth accepted Jesus in her life at young age.
Ever since she was a little girl she always knew she wanted to sing. Her voice was first recognized by her elementary school teacher.
From an early age Elizabeth’s mum nurtured her singing. In her teens, Elizabeth took up the piano and guitar.
She started writing songs about her relationship with God. Slowly as doors began to open for Elizabeth, she recognized
God’s calling upon her life as a worshiper.
Elizabeth’s debut CD entitled "Humbled by Your Love" is elegant and timeless . It contains hymns as well as original worships songs that
share the amazing love of Jesus .
Elizabeth has had the opportunity to travel to different countries and share her music and message at churches and youth conferences.
She has performed regularly on Canadian Christian Television Stations . (CTS)
Her latest CD entitled “Best Friend was written in difficult times. This album is a personal journal into her own life and the experiences she has had.
Nine out of the ten songs she wrote. Through these times, she was able to see just how faithful her heavenly father is to her.
One of her favourite tracks on the album” All I Need’ was written in brokenness .“This song has brought so much healing into my life”.
There were times when I would just sing this song to myself and I felt Jesus right beside me” Elizabeth has a heart for the next generation of women.
She would like to convey through her music just how much they are loved by Christ.
Elizabeth has embraced her East Indian roots. She has recorded two albums in the Indian language, Malayalam.
She performs and has gained much exposure to South Asian audiences . She graduated from York University
with a bachelor's degree in Business.. Elizabeth is married to Blessan Cherian. They live in Toronto Canada.
